Welcome Participants

Empowering women and men to experience spiritual, personal and professional success.

Who Can Apply?

Persons age 18 or over or those underage who are classified as Head of Household.

CJC serves those who come to us regardless of their gender, ethnicity, race, religion, code, or creed. CJC honors confidentiality and adheres to an established Best Practices Policy.

How Long is the Program?

The length of the CJC Training Program varies among Participants. At orientation you will meet your Mentor.   Within the first two weeks of the training program you will determine three goals that will help you succeed in the future. It is recommended that you set one Spiritual Goal, one Personal Goal, and one Professional Goal. Success is declared when you have met each goal, integrated the principles into your personal lifestyle and can sustain the new/improved lifestyle long-term. For some participants this will require only a few courses while others may need more time.  Your mentor will encourage you in your journey.

Tips for Success at CJC
  • Mentoring is CJC's fourth service area and participation is required. You will be personally matched with a trained Christian mentor who will provide encouragement, guidance in helping you reach your personal goals. Mentors and Participants are urged to meet in the CJC facility when it is available and are encouraged to join in the fellowship meals.

  • Participate in the Fellowship Meals that are offered at 8:30 am, 12:30 pm, and 4:30 pm on Monday, Tuesday and at 8:30 am and 12:30 pm on Thursday. Meals are only offered on days classes are in session. Because the meals are provided by Hospitality Partners we cannot meet special dietary needs or requests. You are allowed to bring a brown bag lunch if you prefer.  No cooking facilities are available.

  • Participate in classes and do your assignments promptly. If you are having difficulty ask for help.

  • Remember that CJC is unapologetic about being a Christian faith-based ministry.  As such, Christian faith and practices are an integral part of our program.
